Restaurant and bar at The Dragon Inn

Crickhowell

Welcome to The Dragon Inn Restaurant and Bar

The Dragon Inn’s restaurant, bar and large garden are on Crickhowell High Street, serving residents, local visitors and day visitors. The kitchen cooks seasonal food with Welsh produce, including meat from a local butcher, fish landed off the Welsh coast and fruit and vegetables supplied near Crickhowell.

Menus change regularly to reflect the season. Breakfast, lunch, evening meals and Sunday lunch are served, with current menus and service times published on The Dragon Inn’s website. Booking ahead is advised for the restaurant, particularly for Sunday lunch.

The bar carries local Welsh spirits and ales alongside draught beer, wine, cocktails, alcohol-free choices and locally roasted coffee. Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside by the fire, and dogs are welcome throughout the outside areas.

Behind the inn is a garden more than 100 metres long, with views towards Table Mountain and seating for drinks and food. The garden is open year-round, while outdoor food service changes with the season. Tables for drinks in the garden are not reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
