Welcome to Book-ish and Book-ish Café

Book-ish is an independent bookshop at 18 High Street in Crickhowell, with books for adults and children alongside gifts, games and cards. The booksellers can help you choose your next read or track down a particular title. You can also browse books, special editions and pre-orders online.

Book-ish Café

The café has its own entrance on Silver Lane and seating over two floors, including the upstairs loft. Stop for breakfast, a light meal, coffee or cake. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan choices, with gluten-free options available; tell the team about allergies before ordering.

Suppliers include Black Mountain Roast, Cashells and Black Mountain Smokery, alongside locally made Welsh cakes and bara brith. The owner lists free Wi-Fi, accessible facilities and baby changing.
