Welcome to Llandyfan Camping

Llandyfan Camping is an off-grid campsite and fishing lake near Llandyfan, west of Bannau Brycheiniog. It welcomes tents, campervans, caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and roof-top tents, with three camping pods and a log cabin for visitors who prefer a simple roof over their heads.

Free showers, toilets and hot-water washing-up facilities are provided. Some hardstanding pitches have 16-amp electric hook-up; the site asks guests to use power and water carefully because it operates off grid. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads.

Raised BBQs are permitted under the site rules, while only the campsite’s own hired firepits may be used. Disposable BBQs are not allowed. The Square and Compass is about a 15-minute walk away, and the on-site fishing lake offers another way to spend time outdoors.

The campsite normally operates from March to October. Check current availability, booking arrangements and site rules with Llandyfan Camping before travelling.
