A self-catering cottage for two in Bwlch
Winnie’s Hayloft sleeps two in a self-catering cottage in Bwlch, between Brecon and Crickhowell, in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. Its village setting gives you a base for walks, days by Llangorse Lake and visits to the nearby towns.
Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area have a quarry-tiled floor, a table for two and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are the sitting room, a double bedroom with oak beams, and a wet-room-style bathroom with shower and WC. Skylights look across the valley towards Llangynidr Mountain.
Behind the cottage is a small courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can unload outside, with designated parking across the road. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Bike storage in an adjoining garage is available by arrangement with the owner.
Dogs are welcome by discussion with the owner and must stay downstairs. A cot or cot bed, highchair and stair gates can be requested. Bwlch has a pub and farm shop, with more village facilities in nearby Llangynidr. Check availability on the website and contact the owner to arrange your stay.
