Welcome to Trigg’s at the Mill

Trigg’s at the Mill is the café inside Talgarth Mill, a restored working watermill in the centre of Talgarth. Emma and Billy Trigg cook with the seasons and source ingredients from within about 30 miles wherever possible.

The menu covers breakfast, lunch, snacks and cakes, with local wine, beer and cider available alongside the food. Tables overlook the River Ennig, and the café sits beside Pobl Bakery, the Mill craft shop and the visitor route through the working mill.

Trigg’s also runs occasional Sunday roasts and evening pop-up dining. Dates and opening arrangements change, so check Talgarth Mill’s current café information or contact Trigg’s directly before making a special journey.

A visit can be combined with a mill tour, a walk around Talgarth or time exploring the eastern side of Bannau Brycheiniog.
