Welcome to Limitless Trails

Limitless Trails organises trail-running events in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and the Black Mountains, with its base in Crickhowell.

The team of local trail runners draws on years of racing and knowledge of the surrounding hills to put together routes, support and race-day food.

Its leave-no-trace approach includes events without disposable plastic cups or marking tape. Check your chosen event’s information for the equipment you need to bring.

The programme offers different distances and formats, including mountain trail races, ultras and backyard ultras. Choose an event that suits your experience and preparation.

Routes explore the hills and trails of South Wales, with climbs and terrain varying from one event to another.

The calendar changes through the year. Visit the Limitless Trails website for current races, route details, entry requirements and booking links, rather than relying on dates from previous events.

The website also has information about coaching and canicross, alongside race results and galleries.

Limitless Trails highlights local partners and places to stay, giving runners ways to make a longer visit of their trip.

Its events bring together runners, volunteers and supporters who share an interest in the outdoors and the local area.
