Welcome to Glansevin Mansion, Wedding and Event Venue

Glansevin Mansion is an exclusive-use Georgian house near Llangadog, where a wedding or gathering can take over the house and five acres of private grounds. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies. Couples can choose the entrance hall, the dining room or the front lawn beside the old oak, depending on the gathering they have in mind.

The dining room seats up to 70 people, while a marquee on the back lawn can accommodate up to 100. The mansion sleeps up to 42 guests; a further 16 can stay in the neighbouring Carriage Rooms by separate arrangement. That combination lets a wedding party bring people together for more than the ceremony itself, with time to settle in before the day and share another morning afterwards.

Glansevin has a commercial-grade kitchen for self-catering or a chosen caterer, and the owners can suggest local providers. Guests may bring their own drinks without a corkage charge. The drawing room bar and fridge are available for that arrangement.

The same house can host family celebrations and corporate retreats. Meeting spaces, Wi-Fi and accommodation allow a group to work and gather under one roof, while the grounds, games room, outdoor pool and sauna offer time away from the main event. The outdoor pool is unheated, and dogs are welcome by arrangement. Glansevin’s setting in the Tywi Valley places guests close to Llangadog and the western landscapes of Bannau Brycheiniog, so an event here can include time to explore beyond the house.
