Llandyfan Camping
Fishing at Llandyfan Camping
Fishing at Llandyfan Camping centres on a one-acre coarse-fishing lake, around six feet deep and set within ten acres of natural woodland near Trapp.
The lake has been stocked with common and mirror carp, tench, perch, roach and rudd. Fishing is available to campers and day visitors, and the site asks visitors to check before travelling because the lake may occasionally close.
Parking is near the entrance, followed by a short walk with some steps. The grass-and-gravel track around the lake can become muddy, so contact the site before arrival if you need more access information.
Anglers need a valid rod licence and must follow the current fishery rules, including the limits on rods and tackle. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult who is a competent angler.
