Staying at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre
Stay Where the Adventure Starts
Llangorse Multi Activity Centre offers a range of on-site accommodation at the foot of the Black Mountains, with wide views across Llangorse Lake towards Pen y Fan and Corn Du in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park.
The accommodation is designed to make it easy to turn a day of activity into a longer break. Two bunkhouses sleep up to 25 and 26 guests, making them particularly well suited to schools, clubs, families and larger groups. Each has communal living space, a fully equipped kitchen and practical facilities for settling in together after a full day outdoors.
The informal campsite is for tents only, with vehicles parked in the adjoining car parks and no electric hook-ups. Camping pods sleep either three people in a double and single bed, or four in single beds, with bedding and electric heating provided. Seasonal giant tipis sleep up to five in single beds. Pods, tipis and camping guests use the shared toilet, shower and washing-up facilities.
The biggest advantage is having so much to do without travelling elsewhere. Climbing, riding, archery and outdoor adventure activities are all available through the centre, so groups can build an entire stay around shared experiences and simply walk back to their accommodation afterwards.
The village of Llangorse and Llangorse Lake are close by, while the Black Mountains and wider National Park offer even more walking, cycling and countryside to explore.
Bunkhouse and tipi guests need to bring a duvet or sleeping bag and their own towels; check the packing information for your chosen accommodation before travelling. Book camping, pods and tipis through the centre’s website, or contact the team about bunkhouse and group stays. Discuss access or additional support needs when planning your visit.
