Camp Cynrig Glamping Village
Camp Cynrig Glamping Village has two bell tents and a hand-built cabin beside the River Cynrig at Cantref, near Brecon, in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. The three self-catering units suit couples, families and small groups, with whole-site bookings available by arrangement.
The Boutique Bell Tent sleeps up to four on a small double bed, a single futon and a small foam Z-bed. The Large Bell Tent sleeps five on a double bed and three single futons, with a child’s Z-bed available for a sixth guest. Each has a private shepherd’s hut kitchenette and dining area, plus an allocated toilet and shower in the separate facilities block. Bring your own pillows, bedding, towels and tea towels.
The Cabin by the River has a king-size bed and two sets of single bunk beds, sleeping up to six. It has a wood-burning stove, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, and its own screened outdoor shower and separate flush toilet. All units have a barbecue or campfire area. Electricity and cooking arrangements differ between units, so check the facilities you need before booking.
Spend time outdoors beside the river, look for stars on clear nights, or use the site as a base for walks and visits around Brecon. Supervise children near the river and campfires, and discuss the paths and access with Rob before booking if needed. Pets are not accepted; contact the site about assistance dogs. Check current availability, prices, inclusions and group-booking arrangements on the owner’s website or by phone or email.
