Glansevin Mansion is an exclusive-use Georgian country house near Llangadog, on the western edge of Bannau Brycheiniog. Sleeping up to 42 people in 20 bedrooms, it gives families, friends, wedding parties and organised groups a large self-catering base with the house and five acres of grounds to themselves.
Bookings start with 11 bedrooms and can extend to 14, 17 or all 20. Thirteen bedrooms are en-suite, while the remaining rooms share bathrooms; the layout includes a ground-floor bedroom and several linked room suites. When a group needs more space, the neighbouring Carriage Rooms can add eight bedrooms for up to 16 more guests, arranged separately with the Glansevin team.
Inside are a commercial-style self-catering kitchen, a dining hall for shared meals, several sitting and gathering rooms, and a games room with pool, table tennis and table football. Guests also have complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor unheated swimming pool and sauna. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
From the grounds, groups can explore the Tywi Valley and the western Bannau Brycheiniog, with walking, cycling, rivers, lakes and market towns within reach.
