Shepherd’s Hut at Argoed Barns
Shepherd’s Hut at Argoed Barns
The Shepherd’s Hut at Argoed Barns offers dog-free bed-and-breakfast accommodation for two at Talachddu near Felin-fach. The purpose-built hut has a full-length double bed, oak flooring, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
Its en-suite wet room has a shower, basin and composting toilet. A folding table beneath the windows provides space for breakfast or reading, with views across the surrounding countryside. A continental breakfast hamper is delivered to the door each morning.
Outside are private decking, a swing seat and a wood-fired hot tub. A pizza oven, barbecue and fire bowl provide options for cooking and spending time outdoors. This is a B&B stay rather than a self-catering cottage: read the owner’s practical information and current booking terms, and bring a torch for the dark evenings.
