The Grange Guest House, Bed and Breakfast
The Grange Guest House, Bed and Breakfast
The Grange Guest House offers bed and breakfast on The Watton in Brecon, a short walk from the town’s shops, pubs, restaurants, canal and theatre. Walking routes and the wider Bannau Brycheiniog are within reach, with a residents’ car park and cycle storage at the guest house.
The main house has seven en-suite rooms, including doubles, king and super-king options. The super-king room can be made up as a twin on request, and the top-floor family room sleeps up to four in a double and two single beds. Rooms have a television, tea and coffee facilities and Wi-Fi. Y Bwthyn, the garden Bothy, is also listed on the owner’s booking page: it sleeps two with a king bed, en-suite and small kitchenette; breakfast arrangements can be discussed with the team.
Breakfast choices include cooked, vegetarian and lighter options, using local and Fairtrade ingredients where possible. Let the hosts know about dietary requirements in advance. Guests can use the rear garden, and electric vehicle charging is available; check compatibility and arrangements when booking. Pets are not accepted in the guest house, but assistance dogs are welcome.
Yr Ardd is a ground-floor double room, but “no stairs” does not mean step-free access throughout. The rear entrance has one step and the room has limited wheelchair space; other bedrooms are reached by stairs. Read the access statement and discuss your requirements with the hosts before choosing a room.
