Brynglas Cottage
Brynglas Cottage is a detached, renovated 19th-century stone cottage in Rhandirmwyn, overlooking the Upper Towy Valley near the Cambrian Mountains and Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. It sleeps four in two upstairs bedrooms, one king and one twin, making it suitable for couples, friends or a family.
The lounge has a wood burner, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are reached by a narrow staircase and have low beams.
Outside, the terrace and garden overlook the valley, with a coal barbecue and dark skies for stargazing. One car can park on the driveway and a second on the quiet road. A lockable garage provides secure bike storage. The cottage is smoke-free and does not accept pets.
Two country pubs in Rhandirmwyn are within walking distance, and walking and cycling routes start nearby. Llyn Brianne, Carreg Cennen Castle, Dinefwr and Llandovery are all within reach for days out.
