Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer
Camping at Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer
Camp beside Pontsticill Reservoir at Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer, with a choice of Reservoir View, Streamside, campervan and TentBox pitches.
Reservoir View is a terraced camping field with spacious pitches, a campers’ wash area, a shower block and a children’s play area nearby. Parking is close to the field rather than beside individual tents.
Streamside Camping is a simpler, off-grid option beside the stream. There are no designated pitches, vehicles cannot access the field, and the walk from the car park includes a fairly steep slope. Wheelbarrows are available, with shared toilets and showers on site.
Campervan pitches have electric hook-up, nearby water points and access to toilets and showers. The access route has an 11ft height restriction, so check vehicle dimensions before booking. TentBox pitches are set higher on site, with reservoir views and access to on-site facilities.
Dogs are welcome on these camping options. Walking routes and bookable outdoor activities are available from the centre, while Base Camp Café is on site. Compare the camping areas and practical details when choosing the right pitch.
