Garden Cottage
Garden Cottage, Glanusk Estate
Garden Cottage sleeps four on Glanusk Estate near Crickhowell, in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. The estate’s former gardener’s cottage stands within part of the original walled garden and has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a fitted kitchen with a dining table, cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and laundry facilities. The separate sitting room has a wood-burning stove, and the updated bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for the stove are provided.
Outside, there is a garden with seating and space to enjoy the estate surroundings. Parking is available, and dogs are welcome under the cottage’s current rules and restrictions. Contact the team about bringing dogs or arranging a barbecue before your stay.
Although the cottage is single-storey, there are internal steps between the kitchen and sitting room. Ask the estate team about the layout and any access requirements before booking. Use the permitted walking routes and supervise children near the estate’s unfenced river.
