Welcome to Llandyfan Camping
Nestled on the outskirts of Llandyfan, west of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, Llandyfan Camping offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts. Established in early 2024 by Andy and Jo, the campsite welcomes tents, campervans, caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents, and roof-top tents.
For those seeking a glamping experience, the site provides three pods and a log cabin. Amenities include free showers, toilets, and hot water dishwashing facilities.
Raised BBQs and fire pits are permitted, with fire pits available for hire and wood bundles for purchase. The eco-friendly site operates off-grid, generating power from wind and solar energy, with backup generators as needed. While electric hook-up points are forthcoming, guests are advised to plan accordingly.
Friendly, free-roaming chickens add to the site’s charm, often greeting guests during their stay. A local pub, the Square and Compass, is within a 15-minute walk, offering convenient dining options.
Additionally, the on-site one-acre fishing lake, stocked with species like common carp and tench, is available for both campers and day visitors. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful camping experience or a fishing adventure, Llandyfan Camping provides a tranquil base for your outdoor pursuits
