Seren Mawr at Argoed Barns
Seren Mawr at Argoed Barns
Seren Mawr is a dog-friendly glamping dome for two at Argoed Barns, at Talachddu near Felin-fach. The 8m dome has a wide picture window looking across the countryside, a brass double bed, armchairs, a dining area and a wood-burning stove.
The cooking area includes a two-ring gas hob, utensils, crockery and a large cool box with ice packs. A separate private washroom, about 10m away, has a gas-powered shower, basin and composting toilet. The dome is off-grid, with lantern lighting and water from the site’s borehole.
Outside are a private wood-fired hot tub, seating and a fire bowl. On clear nights, guests can enjoy the dark skies from the hillside. Read the owner’s practical information and current booking terms before travelling.
