Welcome to Cambrian Escapes

Cambrian Escapes has three self-catering cottages at Penstacan, a farm near Cilycwm and Llandovery in Carmarthenshire. Converted farm buildings, individually furnished interiors and outdoor sitting areas give each property its own character. Choose a cottage for two or four people, with walks from the farm and the western Bannau Brycheiniog hills to explore.

Glan-yr-Afon sleeps four in a converted woollen mill. Its downstairs bedroom can be arranged as a super-king or twins, with a king-size bedroom upstairs. There is a private wood-fired hot tub, a veranda and a firepit. Two dogs aged at least one year are welcome. Read the property details about the unfenced stream and low doorways before booking.

New York sleeps two in a former coach house, with a king-size bed in a mezzanine bedroom. It has a wood burner, handmade kitchen, slipper bath and a private veranda with a chiminea. A baby in arms is welcome with a cot, and one dog aged at least one year can stay.

Sky Loft is a converted hayloft for two, with a double cabin bed, kitchen, enamel bath and a work table. Its private balcony and small garden provide space to sit outside, with an outdoor stove for cooler evenings. Sky Loft does not accept pets.

The cottages have Wi-Fi and parking. Dog-friendly stays at New York and Glan-yr-Afon include access to an enclosed dog field and outdoor dog showers.
