Welcome to Meadow View Brecon – Farmhouse and Arch Cottage
Meadow View Brecon brings together two self-catering properties on a working Welsh farm in Llanspyddid, about a mile from Brecon in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. Meadowview Farmhouse and Arch Cottage can be booked separately or together, giving couples, families and groups a choice of their own space or a shared break across both properties.
Meadowview Farmhouse sleeps up to ten in five bedrooms, with three bathrooms, a separate dining room, kitchen, laundry facilities and a lounge with a wood-burning stove. Some bedrooms can be arranged as twins or kings. Smaller groups can ask about using fewer bedrooms while keeping the house to themselves. Outside are a large enclosed lawn, seating and parking.
Arch Cottage sleeps one to three in two bedrooms, with a king-size bed and a smaller 4ft double. It has a kitchen, bathroom, lounge with a wood-burning stove and its own lawn and patio. A wooden spiral staircase and low landing beam need consideration when choosing who stays here. Its access is directly from the A40, and some traffic noise may be heard.
Together, the two cottages accommodate up to thirteen across seven bedrooms. Both have Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen and towels; neither accepts pets. Contact Sue to agree dates, bedroom arrangements and any access needs, and check each property’s house rules before planning a group stay. Brecon’s shops, cafés and canal, Mynydd Illtud and the central Beacons provide places to explore during your visit.
