Facilities include free showers, toilets, and hot-water dishwashing, while raised BBQs and fire pits are encouraged — with hire and firewood available on-site.

Running on wind and solar power, the site reflects a strong commitment to sustainability. Friendly, free-roaming chickens add to the charm, often wandering by to say hello. A local pub, the Square and Compass, is just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for relaxed evenings. Guests can also enjoy the one-acre fishing lake, stocked with carp and tench — ideal for campers and day visitors alike.
