Living in the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, ignited Chris’ passion for adventure hiking  and exploring these amazing landscapes.

With over 20 years experience in navigating this rugged, beautiful and varied terrain. Chris became a qualified Mountain Leader with the Mountain Training Association (MTA).

He also has an Enhanced DBS check, ITC Level 3 in Outdoor First Aid and is qualified in Outdoor Emergency Action and Outdoor Incident Management, is POVA certified (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) and has completed Child Protection and Safe Guarding training and is fully insured for complete peace of mind. So you can be re-assured you are in experienced and qualified hands on our guided walks.

ROC Outdoor Adventure is about creating a memorable and bespoke guided mountain walks for you, whether you want to go it alone or as a party (up to 12 walkers depending on route chosen).
