Our Story

Cascave Gin explores the secret journey our Welsh waters takes, spilling down the wild hills of the Brecon Beacons, taking in native botanicals and carving through the darkest crevices of Wales, her caves, tunnels, and mines. Cascave delves into the stories of these mysterious places captured within the minerality of the water, and air exchanged through oak casks, shining a light on the beauty to be found deep within Wales.

Cascave’s portfolio currently includes two gins: our Premium Dry Gin and our Cave-Aged Gin.

Cascave Premium Dry Gin is distilled using the London Dry method, cut back with water collected from a source deep within the iconic Dan yr Ogof Caves themselves
