Open daily, the bureau offers maps, guides, and details on local attractions, events, and accommodations. Friendly staff are ready to assist with booking services and provide insights into activities like bookshop tours, walking, canoeing, and more.

You will find we love our books in Hay on Wye but we are so much more

On display in the Centre is information about the many activities the area has to offer.
Information is also available on accommodation in the Hay-on-Wye area and further afield.
Visitors to the Information Centre may book accommodation through the Centre for a fixed charge, regardless of the number of telephone calls required to obtain accommodation.

Sunday (all year round): 10am to 1pm
Easter to end of October: 10am to 3pm
November to Easter: 10am to 2pm
Closed: Xmas and New Year.

Where are the Public Toilets ?
Toilets can be located next to the Tower Clock, and at the Craft Centre, top of the main car park (please note there is a small fee for use of the toilets).

Hay is a fairly Dog Friendly town although it can get busy so may not be suitable for dogs who are a little more sensitive than others.
