The Dairy is one of five beautifully appointed self-catering cottages in the 5-star Ty Mawr Collection, set within the grounds of a Grade II* Georgian mansion on the edge of Llanfrynach. Surrounded by the sweeping landscapes of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, it’s the perfect romantic escape for two – and dog-friendly too.

This charming one-bedroom cottage is full of character, with exposed beams, soft-toned walls, and accents of crimson and green. The open-plan living space features underfloor-heated flagstone flooring, a Charnwood woodburner (with unlimited logs), a comfortable sofa and chair, Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, WiFi, and a good selection of books and magazines.

The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, Neff appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the elegant bedroom has a super king-size bed, a separate dressing area with chaise longue, and a large bathroom complete with double-ended bath, wet-room shower, and Anne Semonin toiletries.

Step outside to your own large, enclosed garden with mature trees, lawn and several seating areas – perfect for relaxing or dining alfresco. The cottage also offers private parking, access to parkland, and an EV charger on site. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (with a small charge).
